Returns & Exchanges
Please note: Your order does not come with a packing slip or receipt. The receipt has been sent electronically. When returning or exchanging don't worry about including any printed receipts or proof of purchases. Thank you!
You are more than welcome to return any item using our FREE return label that will be sent electronically to you by request to email@example.com. Please print the return label and place it over the original shipping label and reseal the box or you may use any box convenient for you! Please mail your return within 30 days of receipt of the package to be eligible for a full return or even exchange. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a full refund or even exchange. If 30 days has passed please feel to email Chloe Grace Boutique at firstname.lastname@example.org with your request to see how we can best accommodate your needs. For international returns or exchanges - if you would like to return your purchase you are responsible for the return shipping. If you would like to exchange your purchase please email email@example.com for further assistance. Thank you!
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The original tags must be connected to the item.
Gift cards cannot be returned if used or gifted. The purchaser can request a refund by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. Chloe Grace Boutique will inactivate the gift card and provide a refund as soon as possible after the request is submitted.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
Sale items can be returned or exchanged. Unfortunately final sale items cannot be refunded. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org if there are any issues or concerns.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and send your item back to Chloe Grace Boutique with the return label provided in the original packaging. If you would like to exchange your item for a different product please send your item back using the return label provided and note on the return card that you would like your refund in the form of a gift card to that you can purchase another item from Chloe Grace Boutique.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift card for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift card will be emailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver. If the gift giver provided you with a gift receipt then you may return your item for a gift card of the same value.
